I voted MS-67 because as far as I know, ANACS did not designate FT or FB back then. It looks clean enough and lustrous enough to go 67 and the strike should easily be FT.

There are a few marks on the focal area and as pointed out, ANACS did not employ the FB designation back then. I have this coin at MS66 because of your comment about the luster. My first impression was MS65.

I can not tell if the changes in color on the cheek are either scuffs or changes in the tone. I have the coin at 66.

I went with MS65 to be conservative, as I suspect the old ANACS holder grade was, but would not be surprised to discover my assessment is way low. The obverse toning does look nice, regardless of the technical grade.

They are just splotches in the toning,
Not nearly as noticeable in-hand as it is in the blown up photo.

I see at least two rim dings on the Reverse side at the bottom. Because I can’t see the rest of the rim on either side I can’t grade it. How many rim dings does it take to get details?

What you are seeing is not big enough to be considered a rim ding imo, it could be better explained as a rim nick/mar or better yet, a void.....possibly from an unfilled part of the die, due to debris etc

Since I didn’t graduate from the Wooderson school of grading, I’ll say my guess was an MS 65 before the reveal.

I really don’t see any obvious marks, so a 67 does seem fair here.

And @jtlee321 would you like the heavycam advantage....meaning two guesses for one of the toning posts
