Classic, but barely. If the new one was as compact, then I would like it as much.

I voted for the new holder, but I'm really still thinking on it.

Just received 15 coins from ANACS yesterday. 14 were in the new holders. 1 was in the older style with a newer label. They are still doing this for certain coins (like damaged/cleaned). This one was a VAM discovery coin with some bad scratches.

I like the identification on top of the coin. Easier to see when in a box. I don't like the blue background label. I like most of the physical holder, but not too keen on the rounded bottom (I can deal with the rounded top).

All I have seen olf he new one is some pictures but, fom those, by far the Classic. I really don't like the wat the new one looks or the label which I think looks rather amature-ish.

The ANACS classic is probably my second favorite holder. NGC's current is a little nicer in my opinion.

me i prefer the old one because it look like a "old real slab" like every collector have in their collection, i mean the new one look like a gadget with a coin inside. the blue label is too shine!!! put i the same table the both slab, and you will see the differrence, the old one is more pretty, little and compact and very safety

I'm wondering, since you can only vote once, how there are 30 votes in this poll but the thread only shows 8 views and 7 replies ??
    Just curious.

I'm sorry, wasn' t I supposed to vote more than once?

If that is the rule, shouldn't it be posted somewhere?

I'm judging from pictures of the new holder. I prefer the classic.

I've noticed that on occaion the stats are incorrect, too. The most common error that I've noticed is that a number of posts have the number of views being one more than the number of posts. This obviously can't be the case, but for some reason that is what is displayed.

    LOL Roy,
I have something coming back from ANACS in the next day or two and it could end up in either of the cases and to be honest,I don't really care which.:mouth:

C'mon now Mik, isn't it obvious ? You CAN vote without posting a reply. I do it all the time in these polls - as I did in this one.

If the insert wasn't so cheap looking, the new one. I can print something better out on my computer with 2 minutes worth of work. I do really like that you can see what coin it is when they are in a box. Very nice improvement.

Overall I still like the old one better. Redesign the pathetic insert and the new one would be my choice.

OK,call me stupid but I cannot see any way to vote twice,at least not from my computer. If I'm not logged in,in locks me out saying "you may not vote in this poll" and after logging in "you have already voted in this poll".The voting buttons that were there the first time I voted, are no longer visible, only the poll results screen.

If you ask me the new ANACS holders are going to look terrible as time goes on. There is just TOO much clear! They may look good when fresh, but what are they going to look like after all that "clear" area gets scuffed and scratched from handling? I guess if you submit your own, then never touch the holder again after you get them back they may stay scratch free. As far as scratch free slabs from shows, stores, internet... forget it.

That's the problem with PCGS slabs. Both of mine are scratched to hell compared to the ANACS and SGS slabs. All were stored exactly the same way yet the PCGS ones were scratched badly. If the coins in them were worth being reholdered, they would be.
