I just wanted to share my recent acquisitions. I've been searching for a 10 OR 20 Zlotych gold coin dated 1925 and recently found, and subseqently purchased these. I would have preferred that they NOT be slabbed, but until I can get a better grasp on this Darkside gold bug that GD has introduced me to, I figure it is better safe than sorry. I'm still learning...but aren't we all?

The scans are a little dark but they are more of a brilliant yellow-gold, as opposed to the red-gold that some of these are known for.

Now I'm jealous - I've always loved that obverse design ;)

Thanks GD, coming from you that means a lot.

I really love the detail in the obverse design as well but it is the reverse design that strikes me. I've seen it in clad and silver on everything else minted there, but something about the way it translates in the gold just moves me.

Nice coins, congratulations on getting them. Polish gold is a bit on the difficult side to find, when I collected world gold I never found any as nice as these, so I never bought any Polish gold.

Very nice. If you want to see Polish gold, go to Krakow, into the museum where the king lived and they display some really nice gold coins from Medieval times.
