Pocket knife coin? (pictures too!)

Hi I have a coin that has a pocket knife built into it. There also is a nail file. It used to be on a broken key chain, but I took it off and put in on a chain. I think it is dated 1900, (there's a stud blocking the 4th digit). It is not a US coin.

As a coin? Next to nothing. As an interesting knife? I don't know, but I'd happily pay ten or twenty for it, if I were in the mood.

I'm not sure where you could get one. It was given to me by my great-aunt.
