Wow, what a great show!! Here are a few shots from it! We came into Seattle via ferry, shown below (on day one, Friday). I have trouble labeling each image. The "Coin Lady" is shown, as well as a couple of expensive coins! Note also the Gold! lots of it was available, as were many silver dollars (Morgans). I especially like the availability of modern World Coins, from "Junk" boxes to choice proof specimens. A great show for all! Note image of Scott Loos too. About 85 tables were bustling. ANACS (shown below) received submissions at a nice reduced rate.
In the above images, one will see the great shop from Idaho, "Grunberg Schloss", and Brian Jenner, as well as Dr. Bruce Wonder was on hand too, as well as Bill Roark of "Bill's Rare Coins", and "Liberty Coin", and David W. Moore, John Struzan, Steve Estes and the Roamin Roman!! , . etc etc.. And one last shot below, "Aurora Coins" and Tipsico LLC. And the coin lady at work.
Looks like you had a great time at the PNNA, did you purchase anything? i didn't make it this year. when you said you came by ferry,i had to see where you were from. i went on your website and see that you live 15 miles West of P.A. i grew up in Sequim, now live in Auburn.
Yes, some samples are: 1904 10 centisimos from Panama (silver), Equatorial African States 100 francs, 1966. I also liked the 1906 Peru 1/2 dinero, with a nice clash on the obverse (also silver). Yeah I live between PA and Joyce, right on the beach (we rent, this is an exclusive neighborhood!). You missed a nice show!!
It was a great show.. I was only able to go on Friday. I'm looking forward to the fall show here in Portland though..
