Beginning a couple of days ago, PMG's online submission tracking info on two lots I've had in their queue since mid June has gone missing...replaced by a "No Orders Found" notice associated with my account. They are closed for the weekend, and I don't expect a reply to my email query until Monday, but was curious to know if anyone else with a batch of paper awaiting PMG grading has encountered this same issue. Bad enough that their grading queue is nine weeks, and now they've lost my bills? OMG...I sure hope not!
If you look at the NGC site, they explained that the site upgrades were causing problems. On an unrelated note, a major currency dealer told me last week that he has little confidence in PMG these days because of too much unreliability in grading, that they had a number of staff changes recently that may be causing this.
