    PMD. You have to ask yourself, "Did this come like this from the mint?" Also, looks like glue or something on the reverse.

    Goodness gracious!! You are amazing! I went and put it under the faucet and rubbed it with my finger and it became slimy. Kept rubbing and wa-la! The funny looking was gone! Lol I absolutely love this forum! Thanks!

    What a great learning lesson. Next time, from experience you now have, you will soak coins similar in condition to see if it cleans off. I was going to suggest an acetone soak, but you did it with water. Good on you Kristine! Well done.
