What can one express? Shock and outrage! Were there greasy 'White Castle' fingerprints too? The nerve of that postal carrier violating the sanctity of that tabloid.........
I hope they had one of those stone money in each home, as the 'Supertyphoon Maysak' did major damage just before Easter. https://images.search.yahoo.com/ima...e&sigb=133ob9lqi&hspart=mozilla&hsimp=yhs-001
I'm sorry about that @phankins11 ! I was compelled to read the issue before putting it in your mailbox!
This doesn't happen with the digital edition of The Numismatist. Plus one gets to read it before the physical one arrives in the post.
true, but if you recall my post from last month, I upgraded my membership to get the physical. One reason is that I can read it without 15 other things beepin' and whistlin' for my attention, plus I like the feel of having that real magazine and flippin'em pages, just feels right.
Can't recall that which I haven't read. Plus, I have all email preferences from the ANA switched off. I get nothing in the post or email inbox, per my request to them. I just log on each month, download the electronic edition and read the PDF offline at my leisure. The electronic edition also fits well in my hands whether read on a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop, and I have backed up copies that never gather dust, get ripped, clipped or take up physical space in my home or office.
@John Anthony, I just want you to know that I saved that pic and sent it to like a dozen coin dealers.
TIF - can I download the Yap Stone photo and re-post it to my FaceBook page? It made me laugh so much!!!
