PMD? or D over S?

  1. Just want some input before I throw it back into circulation...Notice the Mark(what looks like a 'D', above the "S" MM, Also appears to be Doubled 'S' Thanks

    An OMM (or over-mintmark) would be in relief on the coin instead of incuse. So it is not an OMM. It may be a minor strike through or it might be post-mint damage.

    Post pictures of both the Obv & Rev and a better of the Mint mark also we need to see the coins date.
