An OMM (or over-mintmark) would be in relief on the coin instead of incuse. So it is not an OMM. It may be a minor strike through or it might be post-mint damage. Keep up the hunt!
Post pictures of both the Obv & Rev and a better of the Mint mark also we need to see the coins date.
