Here is a little tradition we have. Every year we make a home-made (*Rum) baked Plum Pudding which I drop a silver dime into the batter. When serving the individual (always a little one ) who finds the coin in the pudding is guaranteed Good Luck through the year. I offer to buy the coin back for a couple of bucks or they can keep it.
