Is this a broadstruck error? Or is this also a cud error on reverse please tell me I found something good thanks
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think in order for it to be broadstruck a full design has to be present on both sides. Your coin is missing the bottom of the date.
Forgive me for sounding like a broken record, but any find you learn something from should be considered a "good" one.
The bottom of the 1 and the 9 seem to be cut off. If it was broadstruck, I would think you could see the complete numbers.
I may be wrong, in looking at some online it looks like the outside design elements can get cut off a little bit.
On revers the America is covered and also the obverse looks decent and has a nice shine I don't believe a car ran over it looks to clean
I had a wheat cent I swore was an error coin and took it to a show to ask Fred Weinberg and he instantly said post mint damage.
My kids have left plenty of coins in the dryer. If they get behind the drum they can get really smooth and have funny stuff happen to them.
