Damage spend it.

 

Sorry, but your coin is damaged. It spent some time on the ground on a road or parking lot. The marks you see are from being run over multiple times. It did not look like that when it left the mint

This is an obvious road rash coin that a 5 year old could figure out.

 

I blame youtube and all it's false clips about mint errors.

@Kc 17, after being a member here for almost two years, do you only visit when you think you've found something? Honest question, as I don't see how you can think your cent is anything but damaged. Please read, study, and research if you are truly interested in collecting coins or currency. There are so many good sites to visit and read that will give you a good foundation in collecting that you will enjoy the knowledge. Just my opinion.
