Please help with ID (here I go again)

    ok sellers photo's simply "suck" but I really think I spotted sumptin and If I'm right just made my "purchase of the year" lol If i'm wrong (probably) I'm out $10 bucks ($5+ shipping)
    So a lil background (not like there is much) Saw this listed as an 1829 LC... Well after looking at the sellers pic's Im fairly positive it's a 39 and not a 29... Anything else I leave to your eyes to spot :D
