Looks to me like a coin from Kaulonia in Bruttium (KAUL). But I have never seen this particular type and the style looks off from other examples I have seen. Here are a few coin types from Kaulonia: Every one I have ever seen before has KAVL... and I have never seen the particular reverse with that obverse. Then again I havent seen every type I am sure.
