Was going through my box of coins and came across this coin.

The first (2) pictures are the ones I have from the auction the coin was purchased.
The last picture is one I snapped with my cellphone, I'm never able to capture the luster with my phone / lamps so I used the only decent one I could get. H4171-L46960342.jpg H4171-L46960343.jpg IMG_0868-1.JPG IMG_0871.JPG IMG_0869.JPG

Looks very frosty. My first impression was MS63, but after seeing the reverse in the flip I started to think that most of what is on Liberty's cheek is simply luster grazes rather than actual marks and now I am leaning towards MS64. Can you get a photo of the obverse in the flip like the one of the reverse?

OK, they don't look like luster grazes anymore, I'm back at MS63.

I, too, am waffling between MS63 and MS64. Too hard to tell without the coin in hand.

Very nice MS63 - but not leaning on "proof like". Very nice semi-frosted devices but crappy fields

I really like that coin except for the series of contact marks on the jaw. Looks to have outstanding cartwheel luster and minor grazes here and there. Those marks on the jaw keep my guess at 63.

I'd keep it in a flip and/or an airtite.

    A very attractive 63.

I'm thinking 63, also, but I don't like that flip. Similar ones contain PVC.

I'm more interested in the coins in the background! :D
    But, MS63 looks 'bout right.

At first it lookled from here as good as some MS-65's I've seen if not for the heavier damage around the chin area.

I'll generously call it an MS-64.

Golly I'm in easy at MS63 but if there ever were a coin in which luster overcame marks this frosty the snowman is the one. I don't care what they call it, I'm selling it at MS64.
