Please help identify

    Hi all,

    Can you please help me identify this coin.
    I think it is Poland or Lithuanian coin of 138X-151X ( am I right? of maybe it is newer? it says on the coin "NEW coin of POLAND" how much new this coin is?

    it's a 4 poltorak. minted sometime in the 1600's The Latin inscription is The great God of Poland. Sorry , mistake. It is a 3 poltorak.
