Looks like enough of "LIBERTY" to grade VF30

VF details, corroded. I personally don't net grade, but if you want a net grade, I'd call it VG-8.

It looks like the back has some type of wax or something on the back. It was in a Whitman Folder for LONG time.

A VF type of Obverse and a VG Reverse. Sort of makes it on the order of a F12 maybe. That Reverse is really poor though.

I was stuck between VF20 and F12. The reverse photo looks a little blurry. I'll vote VF20 and assume that a better photo would make it that grade.

I'd say overall a F 12 the obverse and reverse are quite different in grade as everyone here has laready stated.

Is there a way to remove the waxy material from the back?
