Please help 1977 George Washington Quarter DD or PMD?

Hello All,

I found this one to be strange cause it looks like it was minted yesterday and there is this weird reflection that keeps throwing me off. I'm not saying it's an error but I thought I ask the veterans to take a look at it. Thank you.

At least from the pics, we have.Iit looks like it has some good lustre. There are alot of Marks that I cant define, Definitely a nice AU
