I have often wondered what all the plate numbers are on dollar bills. i know the upper left is the position on the sheet, but what about the bottom right and the reverse.... what are those numbers for/represent?
Plate numbers The lower number on the face is the actual number for that particular printing plate just as the number on the back is, also.
