Planchet Peel or Lamination Error? 1979 D Susan B.

    Found this searching pocket change, got this back and looked at the back closely and noticed the "T" on the reverse had a peel on it. Just curios to get some clarity/thoughts on this coin. Thanks all!

    Struck through something, and whatever it was it was thin enough to be deformed down into the letter.
