Planchet error?

I bought this coin today for about a dollar and just need to verify if its a legit error or post mint damage . Thanks for the help

Looks like a lamination error to me, but you better wait for the experts, to be sure.

Lamination for sure. You see a fair amount of that in the teens and twenties.
