Pink Coins!

    If it was just a pink coin,I'd say..BLAH!...but the pink ribbon for breast cancer is for a worthy cause so I say it's beautiful! My sister's life was probably saved a few years ago as a direct result of the research that programs like this one have funded.

    I think they're kinda nice. I like the vet quarters from last year & the poppy's from '04 too. Canada's had some neat stuff lately.

    I ordered 3 rolls a few days ago and I already rec'd them...they were sent FEDEX....what FAST service....wich our mint could ship that quickly

    Cancer sucks. Both of my parents died from it and so did a couple of friends of mine who were in their twenties at the time. So I appreciate the purpose of the coin. With that said, however, as a coin collecter I am afraid of coins becoming like stamps where everything and anything is on them from around the world to where it gets to a point where none of them are taken serously anymore for there is oversaturation. At least that is my viewpoint on the matter. It might not be correct but that is the way I view it today.

    If others enjoy it thru, power to them. Life is short and enjoyment should be grasp when it can.
