I don't think the picker token book I'm working on would be complete without a rarity scale. So, I made one. To avoid confusion with other rarity scales, I decided not to use R10, R9, R8, etc... (XR) Extremely Rare 1 known (VR) Very Rare 2-5 (R) Rare 6-20 (VS) Very Scarce 21-50 (S) Scarce 51-100 (UC) Uncommon 101-250 (C) Common 251-500 (VC) Very Common 500+ I'd love to hear your thoughts and any suggestions on how to improve this rarity scale.
Nothing really. I just think it will be easier for me to use. Some of the other rarity scales are a bit too specific, or narrow, for an area of numismatics with so little information available.
