picked up 3 braided hair holed large cents for $10

    1840 is a "little" beat up, but the other 2 aren't bad. 1849 and 1852

    I saw a guy at the Orlando FUN show in January asking all the dealers for their holed large cents. He was putting a "Holey Set" together.

    Can't beat that price, btw.

    i guess there are always those "funny" collectors
    i saw similiar coins like the 49 and 52 go for between 7-10 dollars. so i figured the 40 for $2 and the 49 and 52 for 4 each was worth it.. and thanks :)
