Picked this up this weekend! 1817 Bust half O-103a R3

    Hello! Picked this guy up this weekend! Despite what the pictures look like, this is an all original coin. It is the same as the O-103 except it does not have the dot between the 1 and 7. Also, notice the "I" in "AMERICA" looks like a "J". Thoughts and opinions welcome... photo 1-2 copy.JPG photo 2-2 copy.JPG

    Nice pick up . I have a 1819/8 O-102 with the same broken bottom I that looks like a J . That's why I love Bust halves . The way the open collars let the metal flow and eventually break down .
