I give. Aside from the fact that the image is too small to make out any detail, just what are your trying to say?
It was a D and I used photoshop to make it like it was never there. I find it troubling that I could do that in only a matter of seconds.
You mean like the 1910-D penny I made for the Lincoln set? If you are worried about people selling them, that is why there is feedback.
I agree. Look what I can do to the coloring of my coins! :hail: http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee59/ryanbrooks11/1883CCREV-Copy-1.jpg http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee59/ryanbrooks11/1883CCREV-2.jpg I can make it look proof-ish, when it's not!
Photoshop is more dangerous than that, but for reasons you didn't cover. Maybe they should ban Photoshop Ruben
Like they had developers locked up in jail for 6 months for exposing security flaws in software... Ruben
For the purposes of Photediting they interfered with a dozen other companies from getting the darn images out of the computer, or onto a printed. So not only does the software suck, but the company, Abode, is criminal.. Ruben
Photoshop is a very useful software for those that don't abuse it to rip off others. And to add, it's not just used for coins so there's no need to ban it.
I'm fully aware of that and I use it often. It is great for cropping and lighting effects, but my point was to show the dark side of photoshop for coin photography. It's always better to have a coin in hand before you buy it.
