I have this coin that I believe may be attributed to PHOENICIA, Carthage, First Punic War 264-241 B.C. but because of the size and weight I am not convinced that I am right. 16.4mm., AE4.72gm.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this, please?

That does look like Tanit on the obverse, and the standing horse on the reverse is a classic motif for Carthaginian coinage.
