Got this coin lately as an addition to small Philippines coins collection, mostly because of the eagle/shield design, which i like.

Would appreciate any comments regarding weak "2" in "1920". I am not sure if its an error or an indication its some kind of fake.

Also, what is a factual price for such a coin in this grade? I`d say it is XF, so $11 according to the catalog from 2010. Is it the right price? Could anyone explain how come a 1920 coin with a mint of 420,000 is worth way less than a coin from 1907, which got 1,201,000 minted?
