Just aquired this note and was wanting to know what you guys thought about it. The reverse is blank and the note does have the water marks.

I know this is a bad picture but just showing the water marks.

Anybody? Do you think this is a genuine error? Should I submit it TPG for authenticating?

Might be some kind of test print because it's missing a lot more than just the back. But, thats just a guess.

    What's missing?

I don't see anything else on the picture of #13-81 scanned from the JNDA 2012 catalog.

    Is the 68x140mm size correct?

Value of a complete note in the condition shown is only a few hundred yen, but if it's a genuine error, who knows?

There were two series for Philippine JIM. The OP's type and the type fretboard showed. The OP's type did not have serial numbers. The OP's note looks genuine to me but would have to see it in person to verify the error. Too bad you missed the ANA in Dallas with this note. There was a Philippine collectors forum there with plenty of experts who could have given an opinion.

    If YDK then don't respond.
