Is there something special about Perth Mint capsules? I've seen sellers advertising that the coins they sell will come in "their original Perth Mint capsules" as concerns Australian coins such as kookaburras. Are Perth Mint acrylic capsules special, and, if so, how? Also, do grading companies slab coins in their original capsules? For example, if Perth Mint capsules are special, can ANACS slab a kookaburra in its original Perth Mint capsule? The graders can easily remove the coins from their capsules for grading, but can they slab the coins in their capsules subsequently?
Nothing special about the holders. Maybe to let you know they've not been touched. If you send it in to get graded it does not include the capsule.
