Interesting damage. At first glance I thought wire cutters but look at how straight and parallel the cuts are.

I thought I had sen everything until now as most of you know where I worked before when the MINT brought back
scrap coins blanks etc. for us to remelt into new rolls of meltal for more coinage we saw about anything until now
