My buddy found this penny that is silver (i use that to describe the color not the metal) and has a U.S.A and Liberty Bell indention on the left and right sides. This also effects the reverse by cutting off part of the "O" in the word ONE of ONE CENT.If anyone has seen this or can give me any info on it I would really aprishiate it. Oh and by the way its date is 1976 and if possible I would also like to have a value on it if anyone knows.

*sorry bout the picture below if you can't see it well...i couldn't get my scanner to get a good view of it.

Also i just noticed it says auto photo editer in the corner of the pic. please don't think i edited this because i just used that program to change the file type and fit it on the site.

Your coin's value? 1/100 of $1 - no more, no less.

You have a severely damaged coin to which some novelty company applied a couple of counterstamps, and someone (probably the same outfit) plated the coin with zinc or some other silvery colored metal.

Roy is correct, naturally, a novelty coin
    no value.

Not long ago someone started prducing coins like that from real cents and they aded Kennedy to the side of Lincoln. This was to show how similar they were. Yours as well as those are post mint productions.
