I’m not really one big on coins, but I found this at work. Just wondering if anyone has any information about how they think it got this way? The back is blank and smooth, but does have a little bit of a bump where you can see the line. The front seems almost waxy and really smooth. The “In god we trust” part “trust” is spelled with an I. Anyone have any info? Thank you!

Pictures are not too good but I am not sure it is a genuine cent. It may be a one sided decorative item. If real it must be damaged as Paddyman stated.
