    Hi,

There is a lot of metal around the crown and the Queen. Do you know what type of error it is?

Die Wear, Machine Doubling or other Die problem...

    Thanks.

    Hi,

There is no error. It is the result of metal flow during a normal strike, combined with the die showing wear.

Also, Die wear, and machine doubling are not considered errors as they are a normal and expected part of the minting process.

    Thanks,
    Bill
