I found two of the 1982 large date penny (I believe they are large date) with doubled die obverse. I also found a 1983 penny with possible ddo on #3. but not sure.
The 1983 doesn't look like it. I assume the bottom two pictures are the 1982 cent. These pictures DO look like extra thickness and separation, so I would say yes. It also helps to only post for one coin at a time and to include pictures of the entire coin for comparison. Machine doubling would look flat and shelf-like as many will say.
