I'm still new to this, so please bear with me while i try to figure out how to take better photos and the cropping done better, i found these 2 pennies last time i went through a 50 dollar bag, and i've never seen anything like it, it doesn't look like they were taken to a grinder, it literally looks like they just weren't coated properly, maybe even not struck properly, but i'm no expert, thanks for your time and input, its much appreciated. I hope these photos are at least good enough to get some input, the edges are completely devoid of copper, and i've never seen anything like them before. A Dremel with a buffing attachment could be the source of this damage. The whole of the coin would be plated, not randomly and only the high points as you have here.
