The COA you see is randomly inserted into the boxes of Peace dollars. Only Peace. And only 200. Out of the whole mintage. It’s like Willy Wonka and a Golden Ticket.
Another marketing gimmick by the US mint. Dealers will jump on this as a means to boost prices and their profits.
Not sure it is a marketing gimmick since they did not market it and folks are finding them in their previously placed orders. I hope I get one in my order.
Individually numbered? It's a bonus piece of paper. There for it could go with any 2023 peace dollar. Anything less is just fluff, who's to say that paper goes with that coin? The coin isn't serialized.
