Depends on how bad you want them, but for those prices and those conditions I would pass.

In my opinion, the 1921 is a bit overpriced.

The 1928 is a fair price, but you must make certain it is genuine. 1928-S Peace dollars are very inexpensive, and the mintmark was tiny, so a lot of 1928 Peace dollars are just 1928-S coins with the mintmark removed.

    Good luck.

$300 bucks for a 1928 is a fair price for a circulated example. You get much cheaper than that and it will most often have problems. The coin looks good, make sure it doesn't have a mint mark. You can get a 1921 for that price about any day of the week. They are not as rare as many want you to think. Although with that said the one you have shown is 21 with an above average strike. That is important when buying your 21.

I have to agree with the others. I have noticed at shows lately that the 1921's have slipped in price over the last few months. I have to say that I might even offer $85 and see where it goes.

The 1928 is a decent price but from those pictures there isn't a way to say it's 100% real.

Those prices are a bit high for the condition those dollars are in.

IF, and I mean a big IF, that 1928 should grade VF, it could have a value of $400 - $475.

I would find something better for those prices.

I have yet to purchase the 1928 also. I am planning on buying from a very trusted dealer. If you are not familiar with or do not trust a dealer you can visit in person (which I also highly advise), I would recommend a slabbed coin (not from ebay).
