I haven't really been following it but I believe that one is if you add your first time to a registry set. If you do that and post the screen shot above in the thread on the CU forum the prize for the winner today is a PR 65 1940 Walker. There's like 7 more days of free giveaways for these type of actions.
PCGS has been doing several giveaways to promote the set registry app. So far They've given a PR70DCAM 2019 Silver eagle, MS64 $2.5 gold piece, PR65 walker, and an MS67 morgan.
