hey guys, I was wondering when PCGS announces its values for the current year's coin. do they go by car year(starts in may-july) or calender year. I was wondering because I have ALOT of 2012 and 2012d MS-67 MS-68 Lincoln cents.
PCGS updates their pricing guides all the time. It's not yearly like the Red Book or monthly like the Greysheet. You might send an e-mail to Jamie Hernandez at PCGS to get a definitive answer to your question. He should/would know. That said, if I were trying to figure out the value of my new Lincoln cents, I wouldn't use the inflated pricing in the PCGS guide, but rather completed sales at Teletrade or eBay, as they will be much closer to reality, IMO. Hope this helps...Mike
