Good morning CT! I will be submitting a group of Fugios to PCGS later this week. Colonials are classified as special issues, along with several other groups:

SPECIAL ISSUES (U.S. - Colonials, Fractional Gold, Patterns, Territorials)

Edited: All B/S/T, even at cost must be in the classified subforums, as it is a case of service offered.

Cancel this one - I'm going to re-up with PCGS in two months and will use my freebies.

Are freebies good for special issues?

They're capped at the regular service level, though you can do the secure service with them.

    From their website:
"What are the rules and regulations to use a Collectors Club voucher?
The Collectors Club voucher may be applied to either the Regular Standard or Regular Secure service. You may submit your coins for either Raw, Crossover or Regrade service. You cannot submit U.S. and World coins together and you cannot submit raw coins, Crossovers, or Regrades on the same submission form.

Voucher is not valid for Mint Errors, Special Issues, First Strike fees, Variety Attribution fees, Oversized Holder fees, Secure Crossover fees or coins valued over $3,000. Additional information may be located with the Submission Guidelines."
