PCGS slab condition

I received a coin encapsulated in a PCGS holder and I noticed two minor defects with the slab itself. First thing I noticed was that the coin wasn't seated properly in the holding clips so it sits inside the capsule cockeyed. The Second was that there was a chip broken off the corner of the slab. Nothing compromising the seal on the capsule, merely cosmetic. Why I bring this up is I was curious if condition issues like these take the value of the coin down? If so, is it worth going as far as sending the coin back to PCGS to get certified all over again?

Reholder fees are $12 plus shipping. I think if the slab is Secure Plus the fee is $20 plus shipping. A call to customer service might save you reholder fees.
