So when PCGS changed their boxes from green to blue, it corresponded with a major change in the label from the green ones to the first blue ones. Anyone think there's a new standard label design in the offing to go well with the black boxes? Their graphic designers have been busy with their web site and mobile apps, why should we think they aren't floating a label overhaul?
