I have 3 coins to send in, 2 are US, and one is a world coin, I know I have to use separate forms for the 2 us coins, and the world coin, but do I have to pay separate return shipping?

You can request for the items to be held & return shipped together. At least I have been able to do that for the last 8 years when the situation arises.

Not sure, but i think with NGC there is a option to mail back at the same time, but it's not guaranteed

Shipping Cost: Shipping rates may be located on the back of PCGS submission forms or on the PCGS website. Shipping fees are calculated by the number of coins submitted and the total declared value of the submission. Shipping rates are subject to change. If you are unsure if the forms you are using have the most up-to-date rates, please check prior to submission. Return shipping fees are required for each submission. You may not combine shipping for multiple orders. Collectors Club members are responsible for return shipping and handling on complimentary submissions.
