I'm totally new to this set and have no ideal if this message will even reach a person...

I've just picked up what is suppose to be a PCGS MS-66 1938-D D/D WEST WRPM #10 but not attributed on the holder...

However, I'm new to buffs and wonder what all this means....wrpm and well any information would be helpful and maybe a value and if it's worth getting attributed or not? over even if the seller was right? anyone can help me value meaning and I just want to learn more ?

    Thank you,

    Duane

If you want the coin attributed, you have to pay extra to the grading company (NGC, PCGS) but I think ANACS might do it for free. Not sure about that though, so we need some more folks jumping in on this thread........:)

This is from the Wexler website.

Here is mine. It is in a newer holder and was attributed simply as a 1938-D/D. I'm not sure if was an extra charge.....it was already on the slab when I bought it.
