MS 63. Nice looking coin--like the tone.

Even though a lot of these were weakly struck , that looks more like wear . Put me in at AU-58 . Though I wouldn't be surprised if they market graded her at a 63 . Still a beautiful coin .

I don't see the tell tale color change over the high spot indicating wear...I believe what we are seeing is a less than perfect strike. So, I'm going to say they graded it a MS64.

63 or 64. The obverse looks AU but I don't think it really is. I like the coin.

You're right about the weak strike but look at the rub just on the cheek , IMO it has seen some circulation . As for color change , what's the original color ? Tough coin to grade from the pic .

I agree it's hard to grade from the pic. I don't think that's a rub on the cheek...just variation in the toning, but I could be wrong. I would love to examine in it hand and see.

Classic slider. They called the rub on the cheek "wear." I thought it was a break in toning. Oh well!! Still a nice coin, as I said.
