Not $100 cool. But for those who collect plastic that signature might be worth it. I wouldn't pay 5 bucks for it, I'd rather get me a small silver Libertad fractional for $5.
I think they're cool too... very nice of PCGS to give out a gift like this to celebrate their accomplishment! I will certainly have to get one eventually
