As nice as it is to find out that they are having problems, what are they really doing to help solve the issue? Many of my customers begged and pleaded for me to accept this form of payment through our website. Between the fees and hassles involved, I would not recommend it to anyone that has other options. I currently use three different merchant services and PayPal is the only difficult one.
