I went to a town about 50miles from me for a forum metal detecting hunt with 4 other guys.

Ended up making some good finds. I also gave up a real good find a super nice 1927 S.L. Quarter. None of the other guys were making any old finds so I gave up a few of my good signals to them. The one was the quarter. That one hurt. Oh well the guy was real happy.

    Here is what I got.
A real neat civil war patriotic token. I'm assuming that the guy on the token is George Washington. Anyone have a token book?

Also a nice 1865 or 66 Indian head. What say you. Its hard to tell. Its like the last number is worn or was like that from the mint??

A nice 1935 merc plus another indian head.
