Paper Wrapped Rolls vs. Plastic Wrapped Rolls

I'm just curious to know why some banks get the paper wrapped rolls and others get plastic wrapped rolls. What's the difference in the two? Thanks

just depends who they get there rolls from I think.

I think Brinks uses clear plastic. I know Dunbar uses paper.
